Using RuneMate with RuneLite

RuneMate needs to apply a patch to the RuneLite Launcher in order to be able to detect it (this is also true when using the Jagex Launcher). The RuneLite button in the RuneMate client is a useful way to see if this patch has been applied:

When RuneLite has not yet been patched, you can click the button and RuneMate will attempt to patch it.

All RuneLite windows must be closed before RuneMate can attempt to patch it.

Now, you can launch RuneLite using the RuneLite Launcher or Jagex Launcher, and press the Refresh button in the RuneMate client list to detect it.

Still not working?

Sometimes RuneMate reports that RuneLite has been patched but is still not able to detect it. This is usually fixed by following these steps:

Download a fresh copy from the
